About
Macy is a Brooklyn based film editor with experience in narrative, music video, commercial, and UGC/Social edits. After relocating from Austin in 2017, she held a myriad of production roles (including a brief stint writing for WWE… it’s a long story) before moving over to post. She got acquainted with Premiere Pro only through happenstance, but soon found herself losing entire days to the buzz of learning new editing skills.
Patient, intentional, or suspense building narrative material is Macy’s bread and butter but she’s eager to continue playing with comedic timing and more imaginative choices. A self-proclaimed Big Nerd, when not editing, you can catch her live streaming Dungeons & Dragons, playing with her Shiba Inu pup, or training for a marathon.
